DBMail Patches
This directory contains our patches to the DBMail application, an excellent
set of utilities for storing and managing mail in a relational database.
The patches below are either unapplied bug fixes (no idea why they have not
been applied, so don't ask me), and minor feature additions.
They are made against RC3/4 and CVS. If they completely fail to apply,
send mail to pjw@rhyme.com.au - DO NOT
send mail for minor offset errors.
- patch_buffers.gz
-
Fix to mime handling to prevent searches for field 'xyz' matching
any field starting with 'xyz'. More cautious handling of the use of strncopy -
buffer sizes changed so that a null can always be appended.
- pgsql_port_patch.gz
-
Support for alternate port numbers when using PGSQL.
- dbmail_vacations_patch.gz
-
Support for a VACATIONS table with automatic
notification to senders of incoming mail. Based on the original by Moisio
Juha . Since I do not use MySQL, this patch
(which applies to both MySQL and PostgreSQL) has not been tested with MySQL.
